You will explain us the reasoning behind your renovation, your objectives, ideas and preferences. Following the necessary autopsy, we will proceed to the detailed capture of your space and measure and record all the needed data (exact positions, dimensions, building materials etc).

Planning to perfection
Upon your request, we will recommend you potential suppliers which we can visit together in order to advise you in issues relating to aesthetics, functionality and suitability of alternative proposals, in accordance to the specifications of your renovation.
We are one step prior to the start of the renovation… We plan all individual works and the last details, so that each renovation workshop knows exactly what to do and when and thus, we avoid unpleasant surprises or setbacks.

We renovate with safety
Safety matters… therefore, prior to the start of the works, we put into effect all safety measures in order to protect the surrounding areas. From the removal of expensive or fragile objects and the positioning of protective materials, up to the acquisition of the permits from the official authorities and the insurance of the project (if required).
